At Avan Dade Pardaz, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure that supports multiple business-critical products across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity, system reliability, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in shaping our cloud-native infrastructure, automation practices, and observability strategy across production systems.
This is a hands-on senior role that requires strong ownership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to influence engineering practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, safety, and automation.
• Own infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance across production systems.
• Implement and maintain observability practices including logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Improve system stability, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation.
• Manage and optimize centralized logging and monitoring systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and release processes.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption and best practices.
• Ensure infrastructure security, hardening, and compliance with best practices.
• Continuously identify and eliminate manual operational processes through automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI or similar).
• Strong understanding of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed and production environments.
• Experience working in cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with Nginx, reverse proxies, and traffic management.
• Familiarity with infrastructure security practices and hardening techniques.
• Experience working with large-scale or high-availability systems.
• Exposure to SRE practices and incident management workflows.
• Experience improving developer experience (DevEx) through platform engineering.
